Debut full length by sometime sunn0))) & Julian Cope Band synthesis storm bringer Holy McGrail. A triage of weirdness. Three 20 minute+ landscapes dense and creeping as retreating glaciers, cloaked in wind and vibes, shimmering on occasion and dark always. The first track "Lady Holle [Holle of Horcum]" has one of the most brain-numbing monoriffs I've heard in ages, continual and relentless plod, melts into drone bliss. Great long form album construction and something akin to pre-cosmic in that way. Featuring contributions by Julian Cope, Doggen and myself.
